Introducing Vantage: a no-code workspace for localizing marketing and long-form content

Purpose-built for campaigns and documents, embedded in the systems and tools marketing teams already use.

Introducing Vantage, a next-generation, no-code workspace for localizing marketing and long-form content: campaigns, websites, creative assets, legal content, and support materials. Vantage becomes available to customers at the end of September 2026.

Since 2017, Lokalise has set the standard for software and design-phase localization, and is trusted by CTOs and CPOs for high-quality localization at scale. We have since expanded to serve marketing and content teams, including deep integrations with Contentful, Webflow, and Braze. That work continues.

Vantage redefines that standard for long-form content. Teams get campaign collateral and commercial documents back on-brand in hours, not weeks. The localization manager sets the quality bar and the governance, and shows the business the result: faster launches, more markets, and strong ROI.

What Vantage does

Built for marketing teams. An intuitive workspace for non-technical users, designed for marketing, legal, and support teams. A self-serve portal lets any team request and manage localization easily, with no training.

Built for quality. Best-in-class parsing and segmentation treat a document as a whole rather than fragment by fragment. Vantage leverages Lokalise’s language intelligence, scores every translation, and routes only the content that needs it to human reviewers. Reviewers see in-context previews of the rendered page, catching layout issues before anything ships, not after export.

Built on one set of language assets. All team members on the Lokalise platform share the same translation memory, glossaries, and analytics. Marketing and engineering teams can draw on the same approved translations, so a brand sounds the same in a campaign as it does in the product.

Built for automation and governance at scale. Localization managers set permissions, quality rules, review requirements, workflow automation, budgets, and audit logs once, and they apply to every request.

Embedded where content already lives. Native integrations including Contentful, Webflow, Braze, Strapi, Google Docs, and SendGrid localize pages and campaigns continuously as new content is created or updated. Supported formats currently include DOCX, PPTX, HTML, Markdown, IDML, and XLSX.

Delivering Language Market Fit, not just translation

“Companies used to choose between speed, cost, and quality, so most settled for good enough in a few markets. AI removed that trade-off. What customers want now is content that resonates in every market, automation that fits how they work, and governance that scales. That is what we deliver.”

— Sophie Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer

AI has made translation a commodity: fast, cheap, and widely available. It has not made content resonate. We call that Language Market Fit: when content lands in a market as if it were created there rather than translated into it. It comes from context, brand voice, glossary, and market knowledge applied to every job, with human judgment where the risk is real.

Lokalise customers report new-market launches falling from four weeks to under two days, more than 92 percent acceptance from expert linguists, and approximately 80 percent average savings versus human translation.

“Customers want one platform for all localization, with the governance to match. They also need the user experience to fit how each team works: a workspace for marketing, a different one for software, or the REST API and MCP for anyone building on top. We give them that choice.”

— Sahil Gambhir, Chief Product Officer

Chief Product Officer

I'm Sahil, CPO at Lokalise. My job is to make sure the product we build actually solves the right problems, at the right scale, without losing the clarity that makes a product good to use in the first place.

I've been working in product for over a decade, leading global product, design, and analytics teams across consumer and B2B SaaS. Before Lokalise, I was CPO at Hotjar, where I led product strategy for one of the most widely used behavior analytics tools in the world. I've also held senior product and business roles at Toptal and HelloFresh, which gave me experience on both sides of growth: product-led and market-led.

What draws me to localization is the same thing that draws me to product strategy generally: it's a discipline where the details matter enormously and the business impact is often underestimated. Getting a product to work well across languages and markets isn't a translation problem; it's a product problem. That's what makes Lokalise interesting to me.

I'm based in Berlin. Outside of work, I'm a mentor on MentorCruise, where I work with product managers and leaders on strategy, stakeholder management, and career growth.

The global expansion reality check: Where localization is costing companies revenue

Global expansion is back on the table for 2026. But many teams are moving into new markets faster than their localization strategy can keep up. To see how companies are actually preparing for international growth, Lokalise surveyed 500 global business leaders. What we found was a gap between intention and execution, especially around translation quality, regional investment, and budget priorities. For product, marketing, and growth leaders, the takeaway is straightforward: localiz

Evolution of trust: Taking Lokalise security to the next level

In our previous post regarding Lokalise’s security journey, we discussed the importance of trust as the cornerstone of the relationship between a SaaS provider and its customers. We established that certifications are essentially the "driver's license" that prove we know how to operate and secure our system. Since then, we have continued to treat security not just as a compliance checklist, but as a core component of our company DNA, so we are happy to confirm that Lokalise remains full
