Meet Victoria, one of our Senior Customer Success Managers, who transitioned from the translation agency world to Customer Success 3 years ago. Following her Masters in Translation Studies in 2009, she freelanced before moving into eLearning, technical support and translation agency project management roles in her adoptive city of Edinburgh.
Following the pandemic, Victoria started her first role in SaaS, where she blends her experience of working with translators, project managers, content creators and engineers to make our customers successful in their localization goals. She contributes as an SME to our product development cycle and attends LocLunches and conferences.
Outside of work, Victoria is responsible for the social media of a local community gardening group and spends Wednesday evenings at yin yoga classes. She’s also a big foodie - so ask her for recommendations in Fife and the Lothians of Scotland!
